In response to COVID-19, we are offering free online returns and extending our return policy to 60 days for AU orders. Please contact us to arrange for a free return of your order. Just email customerservice@gazman.com.au or call us on 1300 987 289 and let us know if you'd like a refund, or provide us with the details of your exchange request.
If you purchased in-store, we are unable to take returns/exchanges in-store. Don’t worry – we will be back, and will be accepting returns/exchanges for 30 days after our stores re-open.

We want you to be happy with the product you have purchased. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your purchase with the original invoice for an exchange or refund at any GAZMAN freestanding retail store or by posting it back to our warehouse within 30 days of order receipt.
Please ensure that the items are unwashed, unworn, unused items in their original condition with the original tags. For health reasons, there are no exchanges on the purchase of underwear unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.
Please allow up to three weeks from the day you post your package for us to receive, assess and process your returns.
The postage costs for returns to the online warehouse will be covered by the customer but GAZMAN will cover the cost of sending the exchanged item(s) back to you. GAZMAN is not liable for the loss of an item that is in transit to our online warehouse. It is recommended that you post your items using registered mail so you can track the parcel.
Please note: Afterpay orders purchased online can be returned in-store or online for a full refund back to your Afterpay account. Afterpay orders cannot be exchanged in-store or online. Customers will need to return their order first either in-store or online, and make a new purchase with their payment method of choice.
Additionally, our Big Men's range cannot be exchanged in store, as our stores do not carry sizes 3XL, 4XL & 5XL. To exchange you will need to either return your purchase to a store for a refund and then repurchase the correct size on the website, OR, post the incorrect item back to our Online Warehouse using the instructions provided in your parcel and GAZMAN will ship the new size back to you at no extra charge.
GAZMAN items purchased from Myer or David Jones are subject to their returns policies and procedures and cannot be exchanged at a GAZMAN freestanding retail store or the GAZMAN warehouse.
