We want you to be happy with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund by following the instructions below:
Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with the original tags still attached. For health reasons, there are no exchanges on underwear unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.
RETURNS TO STORE
You can return your purchase to any GAZMAN freestanding store location for an exchange or refund*. Simply bring along your invoice or order confirmation email, the credit card you paid with, and a valid form of ID.
*Orders placed through Amazon or eBay can only be returned to a store for an exchange. Items requiring a refund must be posted back to GAZMAN Online. Orders paid by Afterpay cannot be returned or exchanged in-store and must be posted back to GAZMAN Online.

RETURNS BY POST
For returns by post please complete the form below, and enclose this along with your invoice in the securely packaged parcel. Make sure the sender’s address and Online Returns address are clearly visible on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delays in delivery, we encourage you use Registered Post so the items can be tracked. GAZMAN is not liable for the loss of an item that is in transit to our online warehouse.

Please allow up to two weeks from the day you post your package for us to receive, assess and process your returns.
Please note: Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges - if you are exchanging your item GAZMAN will cover the cost of posting the new size back to you.
