We want you to be happy with the product you have purchased. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your purchase with the original invoice for an exchange or refund at any GAZMAN freestanding retail store or by posting it back to our warehouse within 30 days of order receipt.
Please allow up to two weeks from the day you post your package for us to receive, assess and process your return.
Once we receive the goods back at our warehouse, our team will assess the garments and provide a refund accordingly. You will receive an email notification advising you once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to appear against your account
To avoid delivery issues, we encourage you to send your parcel back by registered post. GAZMAN is not liable for the loss of an item that is in transit to our online warehouse.
