If you would like to return a purchase made with Afterpay for an exchange, you may do so by posting it back to the online warehouse or heading into a store within 30 days of purchase.
You cannot return your Afterpay order for a refund at a GAZMAN store or outlet. As part of our agreement with Afterpay, the order must be posted back to so the refund can be processed through the Afterpay system.
Once we have received your goods, Afterpay will be notified by us and if it's a full refund all future payments for that order will be cancelled. If you have already made one or more payments, the installments paid will be refunded to the credit/debit card that you used to place the order.
If it's a partial refund, the total will be amended and Afterpay will adjust your scheduled payment plan accordingly.
Once we have notified Afterpay, they will process the refund immediately and send you an email to confirm that the refund has been applied. The bank may take 5-7 business days to process this amount.
Please note, you will be liable for all payment amounts until Afterpay receives confirmation from us that a return has been accepted.
