Australia Post has advised that all Parcel Post collections in NSW, ACT and VIC will temporarily be paused from 7am Saturday 4 September until 7am Tuesday 7 September.
This suspension has been put in place to help Australia Post clear excess parcel volumes in NSW, ACT and VIC due to the impacts of lockdowns and increased online shopping, as safely and as quickly as possible.
Whilst we will continue to make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, unfortunately your order may be affected by longer than expected delivery delays and are outside of our control.
Moving forward, we’ll be temporarily offering a complimentary Express Post upgrade to help reduce potential delays and provide our customers with the quickest delivery option possible.
