My online discount code isn't working. What is wrong?

If your discount code isn't working, please make sure it is valid. Each discount code comes with specific conditions and has an expiry date - these would have been communicated to you at the time you received the details. Please check the communication for the terms and conditions of the online discount code. 

Next, make sure you've entered the discount code all in capital letters in the 'Apply discount code' section at checkout, and that you've clicked the 'Apply' button.
