My online promo code isn't working. What is wrong?

If your promo code isn't working please make sure it is valid. Each promo code comes with specific conditions and has an expiry date - these would have been communicated to you at the time you received the promotional details. Please check the marketing communication for the terms and conditions of the online promo code. 

Next, make sure you've entered the promo code all in capital letters and you've clicked the 'APPLY' button.
