We will endeavour to have your orders consolidated into the fewest amount of shipments as possible so that your items arrive at the same time. Splitting your order may mean your items are delivered on separate days. If you are missing part of your order please check the following:
- Your order dispatch email - If your order has been split you will receive multiple tracking numbers. Head to the Australia Post website and place your tracking number in to see where your split parcels are currently located.
- Have we emailed you? Check your inbox to make sure we have not emailed you regarding any order status updates.
- If you are missing items from your order and your dispatch email and invoice show all items on your order, please contact our friendly customer service team on customerservice@gazman.com.au
