If you have received a faulty item, please visit one any of our GAZ MAN retail stores with the faulty item and our team will be able to assist you. If you are unable to visit one of our stores please email us at online@gazman.com.au with details of your order and we will endeavour to assist you with your concerns and will do our utmost to ensure that we replace or repair your item.
