If you have received a faulty item, please visit any of our GAZMAN freestanding retail stores with the item and our team will be able to assist you.
If you are unable to visit one of our stores, please email our Customer Support team at online@gazman.com.au with the details and some photos of your faulty item. We will endeavour to assist you with your concerns and find a resolution for you promptly.
