Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

We take pride in dispatching online orders as quickly as possible. Orders are packed and dispatched as soon as you place the order to ensure that your parcel is on its way to you promptly, therefore orders cannot be cancelled after you have clicked 'Place Order'. Once the parcel reaches you, you are welcome to return it for an exchange or refund if the item is not right.
