We want you to be happy with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund by following the instructions below:
Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with the original tags still attached. For health reasons, there are no exchanges on underwear unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.
RETURNS TO STORE
You can return your purchase to any GAZMAN freestanding store location for an exchange or refund*. Simply bring along your invoice or order confirmation email, the credit card you paid with, and a valid form of ID.
**Afterpay orders purchased online can only be returned to our online warehouse for a full refund back to your Afterpay account. Afterpay orders made online cannot be returned. Afterpay orders cannot be exchanged in-store or online. Customers will need to return their order first either in-store or online, and make a new purchase with their payment method of choice.

RETURNS BY POST
For returns by post please complete the form on the back of the invoice inside your parcel, and enclose this in the securely packaged parcel. Make sure the sender’s address and Online Returns address are clearly visible on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delays in delivery, we encourage you use Registered Post so the items can be tracked. GAZMAN is not liable for the loss of an item that is in transit to our online warehouse.
