Can I return or exchange a sale item?

Yes, all sale items (including GAZFRENZY and Flash Sale purchases) can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase at either a GAZMAN store or by posting back to the online warehouse for a refund only.

Items must meet our conditions of return: 

Please ensure that the items are unwashed, unworn, unused items in their original condition with the original tags. For health reasons, there are no exchanges on the purchase of underwear unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault. 

Please note: Online orders paid with Afterpay can only be returned to our online warehouse for a full refund back to your Afterpay account. Online Afterpay orders cannot be exchanged in-store. 

GAZMAN items purchased from Myer (or any stockists) are subject to their returns policies and procedures and cannot be exchanged at a GAZMAN freestanding retail store or the GAZMAN warehouse.
